The Zervos Construction team are third-generation builders and a family-owned construction company, serving Southeast Michigan for over a decade. We proudly continue our family tradition by delivering exceptional construction and renovation projects with the same commitment to excellence that has defined our company since the beginning. Chris graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Wayne State University. After graduating, he worked as a Field Engineer for an underground tunneling contractor, rehabilitating Detroit's sewer conveyance system before transitioning to public school remodeling projects. This experience gave him a strong foundation in project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety while working on complex, high-demand construction projects.

Chris Zervos
Max studied Construction Management at Wayne State University. He has extensive field experience in residential and commercial construction. Early in his career, he worked with regional builders and developers, where he helped source investment properties. He then joined one of the largest homebuilders in the country, where he built homes as a construction manager before pivoting into a role in estimating and purchasing, where he helped design, plan, and price homes.

Jake Zervos
Jake graduated from Grand Valley State University and received a Bachelor's in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting. After working several years in public accounting as a Tax Accountant, he later moved into the private sector as a Project Accountant for one of the largest contractors in Southeast Michigan. In this position, he focused on budgeting oversight, job cost management, and financial analysis for large contract projects.
